1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
2 cups of orange juice
1 banana chopped in pieces
½ cup of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar

Blueberry Fruit Smoothie
1 carton of blueberry yogurt
1 cup of milk
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries, or peaches
½ cup of ice cubes
Add all of these ingredients together in your blender and again just blend until nice and smooth.
1 peeled orange that’s separated
¾ cup of sliced peaches
1 cup of orange yogurt
½ cup of ice cubes
Blend all of this together until it’s smooth. You add other fruit than peaches like bananas or a can of mandarin oranges if you want. It’s up to you and your kids.

1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 cup of apple juice
